Preparation Steps
Protein Prep:
Butterfly chicken breast for even cooking
Season generously with black pepper and olive oil
Searing:
Sear chicken in a multi-cooker until golden brown on both sides
Set aside cooked chicken
Apple Base:
Sauté diced apples until caramelized
Add onion chunks, butter, milk, salt, and remaining apples
