N21NA Pro Slow Cooker 10 Quart, 8-in-1 Programmable PFOA-Free Ceramic Coated Multi-Cooker with Grill Pan, Steaming Plate (Includes Silicone Spoon & Tongs)

I ordered the AUTUCU N21NA pro unit on the 4th of June 2026, set it up and tried to steam 16 hardboiled eggs. I set it up and did excately as the manual stated. Problem after 15 minutes, I noticed the inside of the glass lid had very little condensation in it but at the end of the time I took one egg out which was luke warm and over the sink opened it then watched the raw egg fall into the sink. I reset the unit and set it for one hour with the eggs in it and produced the same results so set the timer four more times for a total of five hours when I finally gave up and contacted support. The next morning I receeived an email from support with a couple suggestions to try. I once again tried it with no results and sent an email back to AUTUCU support and the next morning they informed me that more than likely I had a bad sensor or element. They informed me that they were shipping a new unit out and contacting Amazon to ship it advising me that I will receive it on June 20th.

If you have any second thoughts about purchesing the AUTUCU N21NA PRO please allow me to set your mind free of any doubts. I have two instant pot 10 quart units and hate to use them as I do not like cleaning them. This unit is very simple and easy to clean and even easier to work with. On the counter it is extreamly good looking so you need not hide it and in operation it is even better. The pan being oblong instead of round is a great plus and steaming is the simpliest I have ever run across. Pour the water in pan and set the steamer plate in and the rest is amazing.

I have read complaints about the instructional manual and also I was not impressed with it as it lacked in my estimation and I could see what people were complaining about. In talking with AUTUCU support, they advised me that they have just finished a new instruction manual which I am excited to see. aside from the two 10 quart instantpots, I also have three 1950's Westinghouse roasters on roller stands with clocks that look new and I will not longer be using any of the items again as the N21NA will replace all of them.

I have never had such a great expierence with any companies support team. They believe in their product and I can see why, as they have the forsight to know that the customer is not dependent on the business, the business is dependent upon the customer. I would extreamly recommend to anyone the line up of products of the AUTUCU company and highly recommend the N21NA pro as I can promise you that you will be impressed with it and should you need support, you will be happy that you selected this product.

I have read many complaints that with todays cookers when they set the time and at the end of the set time the food is burnt. Around the year 2000, manufacturers increased the base heat settings of slow and multi-function cookers by about 20°F per setting. This was done to comply with updated food safety regulations designed to quickly move food past the bacterial "danger zone" (40–140°F) and avoid foodborne illnesses.

This engineering shift is a common complaint among home cooks, as newer cookers often boil food rapidly even on the "Low" setting. Recipes must often be adjusted to match this hotter reality.

I have found that reducing the time by 20 to 30% works great on these modern cookers.
